Windows Doors Etc. (WDE) is a local contracting company in St. Petersburg Florida: established in 1994. Originally started as the installation contractor for Bay City Window Company; who manufactures windows and doors, this allowed the manufacturing arm to minimize the service and liability that it was experiencing from outside contractors.
Developers, contractors and home-owners found greater value and peace of mind in purchasing the whole package that was handled by window experts.
Today WDE installs products from many manufacturers and the theory of providing a turn-key product to control the quality still holds true. To meet the markets needs with more diversity WDE has expanded its offering by becoming a master distributor of several manufacturers and carries a much wider selection of window and door products to meet needs from new construction, replacement residential products to commercial storefront and condo high rise commercial.
